What do you think about the upcoming stiff penalties for drivers in Trinidad & Tobago who insist on using their mobiles while driving.

More alert and cautious? Who are they kidding. I think that mobile phone use in a vehicle while driving is one the most dangerous things people do. I have seen people run lights, stop signs and other traffic rules because they need to finish their phone call while not paying any attention to their surrounding.
