At least seven people, including shooter, killed in workplace shooting in Manchester, Connecticut, source tells CNN.

They are saying the shooter killed himself after killing nine people and wounding two others. I believe they say he was a disgruntled employee who was let go a couple days prior to this incident.

Now before everyone jumps down my throat I know it happens in other countries but folks why do we get these kind of episodes like almost ALL the time? What's going on?

Many will point to the USA having this because of lax gun laws that allow the citizens to own a gun. I also think that many will point to the fact that tv shows, movies and even video games are getting much more violent and that is causing society to become more violent.

I believe most of these incidents are happening because the employee knows he is doing something wrong and is wanting to keep doing this illegal activity while remaining on the job. When they are confronted abut the activity they can not handle the fact that it really is their fault as modern day society has made it very easy to place the blame on others. Once they have come to terms with the fact that they have lost their job they get a anger so great at themselves that they feel they need to punish the others who did this too them. Only then will they feel better about themselves. It is at this time where they show up back at work intent to do severe harm to their supervisors and coworkers who may have ratted them out.


This is not scientific fact but how I see this happening. I could be totally wrong.
