I am watching this case on AMW right now. There is police footage where Mario Pena tri to explain away how the child 'accidentally' died. An autopsy revealed that Jacob died of head injuries that is similar to being thrown from a car at 50mph! At the trial the jury convicted Mario in 10 minutes but Mario went into hiding and now he is on America's Most Wanted list.

Comments: I don't believe the video of Mario Pena, he's a liar. How can you be home with a baby and next thing the baby is dead while you're watching him. I hope the police catch him before he tries to hide in Mexico.
