I recently sent out an email with something to this effect; (WIM, EMM, MSLM)

Greetings RM from the MSLM Mission,

We have your email listed on this site:

We just wanted to let you know that we are
in the process of removing ALL email addresses
from that web site and leaving the name and
forum username of each individual. We suggest
you sign up for our forum at:
https://forum.bordeglobal.net so that your
current email address can be replaced with
your forum username instead. This way your
current email is kept hidden. Other RMs can
then contact you through the forum.

Q. Why are you doing this?
A. The net is full of spammers and we do not
want your email address exposed. Also the forum
is a better way of having group conversations,
placing your own picture, chatting, etc.

Q. What is the forum?
A. The forum is a place where people come online
to chat, post messages, find information, etc. It
is moderated and full of LDS related topics and
doctrine. There is a whole board dedicated to RMs
too. Best of all it is run by an RM!

Q. How did you get my email?
A. You joined the alumni site sometime ago. If
you think this has been sent in error, no need
to worry, no need to reply, we will be deleting
your email from the site anyways.
