I think this is going to hurt many third world countries as they can not afford to buy as much wheat as the more developed nations. It could have a very lasting effect on any small countries that simply do not have the budgets to buy a lot of food if they rely on imports. I hope the nations that are effected by the droughts and floods recover so that prices may come back down soon.
