will probably working not HAMP
I think the HAMP has failed and that people will still lose their houses because a lot of the banks did not want to lend out the money to many of the consumers because they did not have near perfect credit scores. Those that do have near perfect credit scores are not in danger of losing their homes. So that means that most of these government programs were doomed from the start and the fact that Congress is so out of touch with the people they can not understand why it is not working.
