This is a huge step for those who believe in UFO's! Do you all think there is any chance at all that countries like the US follow a similar pattern? I don't think so.
Honestly, I know this is way out there, but I think this is a move to make the public more acceptable to the possibility of aliens. So that when they decide to reveal themselves we will be more acceptable to it.
I'm pretty sure that most governments have always been watching the reports, however unofficial or crazy they may seem. For Brazil to go public with it is a step in the direction of admitting that there might actually be "intelligent life" out in space. The US government certainly doesn't want to admit to anything like that, because then they would have to apologize to all the people they have dissed about it. The US government has spent a lot of years covering up and denying anything remotely related to UFOs; they can't easily change their tune without a little egg on their collective faces.
I think it is very possible that they were here long before us. I also think that they could be watching us and have played key roles in our evolution. I cannot say for certain one way or the other but after thinking about all the odds and information that I have come across, it is a highly probable conclusion that I have taken in.

A lot of interesting facts have taken place in our past that can make one wonder if Aliens are actually helping us evolve. I think that many of the aliens we hear about are nothing more than our future selfs coming back for a visit in the past to learn how we got to the point they are at and a possible way of changing the messed up world they live in.
I used to think that, back in the 90s when "grays" were popular and you could find black-eyed alien head imagery everywhere - it felt very much like acclimatization to me. Who knows, maybe it was. Or maybe it was just a fad.
