1/4 | cup | applesauce, unsweetened | |
1/4 | cup | molasses | |
1/4 | cup | raspberry preserves/jam | |
1 | cup | soy/rice milk | |
1/8 | cup | brown sugar | |
1 | cup | raisins | |
2 | cup | raw bran | |
---IN A SMALL BOWL SIFT--- | |||
1 1/4 | cup | flour | |
3 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
1/4 | teaspoon | cinammon | |
Directions: | |||
Add to dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased muffin tins, bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Notes: original called for 1/4 cup brown sugar. With the raspberry preserves, an 1/8 of a cup is plenty. You could also substitute raspberry with any other flavor of jam/preserve. |
