This is a great full-body workout for beginners with several repeating sequences that are not too hard to follow for anyone who knows most basic poses but challenging enough for someone more advanced. Great pace, not too fast or slow, every position change is verbally queued. If you only get one yoga video this is a very good one. Power yoga "demands your attention," says instructor Rodney Yee. He leads a challenging, constantly progressing series of poses, one flowing into the next, integrating breath, movement, tension, and relaxation.
