True, I don't know where the other Canadian is but he's supposed to notify the commission if he leaves for more than 7 days however I bet he's coming back right away...

Comments: Mr. Gibbs followed correct procedure. He didn't have to inform anyone about his departure because he didn't leave the country for more than 7 days so I'm not sure what all the fuss is about.

Comment: Unusual, probably. Legally? Yes. He is bound on a contract and so far he didn't break any clause so again why is everyone attacking him?

Attacking him? Where do you see any attacks against the man? We're just stating that he should have been here when the SOE was declared but wait...on his favor let me say that probably he didn't even know they were going to declare it. I think a reporter should ask him that.

I think he knew and if he didn't then the whole thing gets worst by the minute. He should be one of the top persons to know the government intended to establish a SOE!
