Comments: See? I was right. Mr. Gibbs was NOT aware that the government was going to call a state of emergency (the Attorney general confirmed that) therefore why is it that people are angry with him if he didn't know! He also followed procedure AND requested permission to leave the country. It's a shame that people were so quick to condemn him without the proper information!

The AG was asking what Gibbs is going to do about the spike in murders after having a year to settle into his office. Well you know the crime also makes the AG look bad.

So many murders in one day! Five is the last count I heard and I saw where a 2 year old girl recently died and it might be because of abuse so that could be 6 in one day. If Gibbs doesn't catch this soon the murders will start to be like how it was before the SOE.

From what TV6 is reporting it seems that there are rumors circulating that Jack Warner so wants to get rid of Gibbs that they might pay off the rest of his and his assistant's contract and send them home. Police are said to be in agreement with the idea if it is true.

Dwayne Gibbs and Deputy Commissioner of Police Jack Ewatski have tendered their resignations. It will take effect on August 7th.

They are each getting more than $1.2 million EACH to leave so its not like they just resigned and expected nothing in return. I will look out for any comments from Canada after they leave.
