Nightshadow Introduction

Hello, True Believers!

If I sound like Stan Lee, then I achieved my goal. We have all sat, or stood and thought about if we could have any superhero power, what would it be? Well, I'm no different. I even went a step further and created a computer image of what I would look like.
Unfortunately, I can't draw, I can't write, so my dreams to bring my alter ego to life where limited to trying to find a service, or site that might help me.
I know about some of the online games, but most of them charge a monthly fee. And some others, just don't allow you to fully place all your creation's abilities into development.
Anywho, I'm unemployed right now, I use to work for a courier company that I really loved, but budget cuts got me laid off, and jobs have been hard to find. I found this site through google...something about superhero rpg and being able to create my own character caught my attention.

Hello there, and welcome; this site has a number of official RPGs, that site staff, such as the administrator, or sometimes members, run, such as the Superhero, or Matrix, or various fantasy games. Do note that some require a certain activity level and such. Someone more versed in the Superhero info should be along to help, but I think you'll find the area you're looking for here: Source 7 . I'm not sure when a new scenario/update will occur.

Then you head over to this Board and create your new Super Hero: Source 6

I have to be honest, I was on the verge of just giving up on this site. But, getting the feedback from people really does help a lot.
QUESTION: When creating your superhero character, how in-depth is the development? Are there hundreds of combination, or thousands?

I am not that familiar with super hero RPGs so I can not tell you how many combinations there are or how one can come up with a great story on how they got their super powers. I guess you will have to join in it and see for yourself.

Dude if you can give up so easily then this ain't the place for you. Not that I'm trying to turn you off or anything but you're like probably looking for a chat room of something for real time play. Oh yeah and to answer you the characters are generated for you but if you have some fp you can manipulate the powers you get. I think JB is like going to upgrade that so we can buy into the skills we want.
