I heard about Brigham City, the director also acts in the movie. I heard it was pretty good considering it was such a low budget movie.

The director of this movie is (was?) a LDS gay man and he thought about this topic because of his view that the LDS Church discriminate homosexuals and how hard it was for him to survive being 'gay' and wanted to stay in the Church.
