Police Officer Shot In Downtown Salt Lake
Police officer shot in downtown Salt Lake; suspect reportedly dead
SALT LAKE CITY - A Salt Lake patrol officer was shot Friday afternoon near 600 South and State Street - the third Utah officer to be shot in just two days. The suspected shooter was reported to be dead at the scene. One officer was shot and the suspect is down, said Salt Lake Police Sgt. Robin Snyder. Ref. Source 5
