Naval commanders fired at rapid rate
The advent of electronic communication has made it easier to catch personal indiscretions, the Navy says, and modern social norms mean there are more rules these days. Errors Commiting Officers Seasoned
With most of the high ranking officers coming from the non digital age they are used to doing things their way and not necessary the military way. Before instant messages and video capabilities they got by with a lot more. Now that is not the case and they need to change their ways and many are not that capable of rapid change.
