Finnish soldiers attacked in Afghanistan

Finnish troops came under fire in the Samangan region of Afghanistan, but according to a statement by the Finnish Defence Forces on Monday no one was injured during the attack. The troops made up of Finnish and Swedish soldiers came under fire around 5 pm on Monday. The soldiers summoned air support during the incident. However, air support did not resort to the use of arms. Source: Helsinki Times
