Does anyone remember the Missionary Three Ingredient Cookbook?

This was a book with recipes of only three ingredients, just right for the missionary in the field.

I didn't know missionaries cook ... I thought that they just boil water and eat cold cereal.

Comments: We had one laying around our apartment and I looked through it but nothing appealed to me. We we're living in an area where the families fed us real good so there was no need to worry about cooking. When we didn't have a dinner appointment we just went to McDonlad's or whatever was close.
