Comments: Hi, I am a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago of mixed descent. I have observed that Indians in Trinidad and Tobago seem to have this color complex too as there is an unhealthy emphasis on skin color, especially among the Hindus. Earlier in the discussion someone mentioned that the lighter ones in India tend to be the more wealthy ones. I believe the same situation exists in Trinidad and Tobago.
