National mortgage rates on 30-year fixed mortgages remained stable at 4.33% on September 19, 2010, according to Zillow Mortgage Marketplace. As a comparison, state rates ranged from a low of 4.21% (UT) to a high of 4.63% (VI).
Compared to the week prior to September 19, 2010, the national 30-year mortgage rate remained stable at 4.33%. Compared to three months ago, the 30-year rate is down 24 basis points from its average rate of 4.57%.
