Having the Japanese navy there in support with the US fleet that is in off in Korean waters can be a statement to the North Koreans that they are not happy about the launching of missiles towards the Japanese mainland. I hope this is a clear message to the North Korean leaders.

This is a clear message. Japan rarely does anything like this. Since WW II they have been an extremely pacifist nation. More, I just saw on the news that they are threatening war with NK if they don't knock off the nuclear testing and the launching rockets near or over Japan.

Yeah I can believe it and I know they would have the support of the South Koreans who are looking for a good excuse to invade their northern partners. I saw a news article yesterday that China has even sent a message to North Korea about their nuclear stuff but I am not able to support that article I read so I will not share it.
