Your gas-sipper would lack the comforts and conveniences of the Lincoln, and if you use a car day-in and day-out, the privations of a spartan economy car (which is about all you'd get for half the MKZ's price) would just make you tired, cranky and unlikely to drive with elan or pleasure.
