Do you worry over it? Healthy eating or in the very least moderate eating is wise so that you do not over tax your system. I'm sure a lot of you are probably saying... "Who Cares!" but your body will if you treat it right.

No, I don't worry about it at all while I am eating and enjoying the meals, the guilt comes after wards probably three days later.

I do not worry about it at all. I have learned that if I eat a few small meals during the day like six to eight times through out and I do not seem to gain any weight.

As in everything the key is moderation. I believe people put on weight excessively when they over do. There is nothing wrong with eating a cookie or two its when you want to eat the whole pack or eat it with cake and ice cream afterward is where the problem starts. Self-control is warranted at the dining table, its all in the mind.

It's not the dining table that's the problem, it's the platters of seasonal goodies everywhere you go! See's chocolates, homemade fudge, candy apples, iced cookies, baskets of sausages and crackers and gourmet cheeses, pies.... It's crazy!

I didn't actually gain any weight - even though I tried really really hard to pack on something with all that snacking. ( just kidding, ok? ) I'm on track to getting back in shape after a couple of years of depression, though. 2011 and the new decade has got to be better than the past 10 years....
