Comments: I bought a home and after sorting out the deed and land survey I'm seeing where the neighbor's fence is actually two feet on my land. It is not a big deal because its in the back portion but I wonder if I should do anything about it without making enemies since I just moved in.

If the neighbors fence is on your property I would introduce myself to that neighbor and ask him if he knows that his fence was built on the wrong side of the property line. Maybe he does not know and it was a mistake.
