Property Devalue Signs Watch Neighborhood Do
I think that neighborhood watch signs will bring property values up. They are just not in high crime areas but anywhere that people take a active interest in keeping their neighborhood safe. SO people are more likely to buy in a neighborhood where they can feel safer.
