MANILA, Philippines - The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) has adopted the Performance Governance System (PGS), which is the local adaptation into the Philippines of the Harvard-originated Balanced Scorecard. DAP achieved "initiated status" within the PGS in late September, 2010. This represents a landmark event in the program for raising the standards of public governance practice among national government agencies of the Philippines. Source: mb.com.ph / News
