The shifter will try to dodge out the way of the crossbows as he heads for the door. Hoping that the others outside are seeing him headed for the door. The shifter is using speed and arm stretching to knock crossbows off target.

And Speed says...Krusten takes up Assassin's plan, but first runs around looking for a stick and then jumps up to the first floor to use the stick in the same way she would use a spear. Then look for Shifter.
