He figures out that when they can move he will go via the stairs so that way is covered as well.

I am guessing that Assassin being in the lift can carry on up to the 11th floor.

"Oh, perfect timing, well guys its been nice chatting and all but my ride is here and its time for me to go now."

Without any pause she uses her speed to get into the elevator quickly. She does not want the manager to here her words so she says softly,

"Let's go kick some eleventh floor butt".

Assassin gives his approval of Krusten's plan with a tongue in cheek grin while looking over at the rest of the crew with his eyes getting bigger like to say well come on then already.
