Felipe texts back to Thrax,
"Are you crazy? That is bad! We supposed to try to become super heroes, not to try to become villains! I am NOT going to make a distraction, this is ridiculousness! I am going to stop you from doing that!"

As Assassin hears the the most far out plan by Thrax he pulls Krusten aside saying,
"I don't know about you but this is way out of my league. We can watch from a distance to see what happens or maybe get there to Felipe and pull him out but really I think the both of us need to just read about this in the newspaper."
Garrant stares at the snickers bar stuck in the police station vending machine with distain. He had trusting placed two bits in the coin slot expecting chocolate, caramel, and nutty goodness. Instead, now the bar decided to sign a contract with the devil himself for it's very soul, so that it could hang on forever betwix two worlds. That of his growling stomach and the curly metal bar of purgatory.
Garrant (AKA The Force) blasts the candy bar with a mental force, trying to shake it loose. The entire pexi-glass window shatters, Garrant shrugs retrieving his beloved snickers.
Unwrapping the bar, Garrant hears some commotion coming from the room over. He enters the scene quite curious, quickly ascertaining the dispute.
Taking a bite from the candy bar he says, "If your going to do what I think your thinking of doing.", chomp chomp.
"You'll have to get threw me first.", chew chew.
Note: Garrant is basically saying if you try to fight the police, he is on their side.
(In this particular instance.)

"Listen here buddy, this is between me and the cities best representation of hypocritical douche bags. Who abuse authority and lie just so they can do whatever to whoever they want. I bet your the crime lord behind all this. Where is the ring and what have you done with it! Just know the corruption of this city ends here and now. Whether you move or not."
Garrant savors his candy bar, vaguely mulling over the words. He doesn't respond and seems to be enjoying his snack, lost in another world.
Garrant focuses on his danger sense (ability). Rolled a 5 on a 1d100.

Specific Action: Assassin calmly walks back to the area around where the police station is but a safe distance away to see what happens without being near enough to everything going on.
