Reign Adebens Thief Jewel Talk Heroes Super
Shifter is puzzled by the lack of proper authorities watching the skies over the city. The lack or proper vigilance could have lead to a large over sight of the airspace. Shifter thinks that the person who was on duty may have had something to do with the lack of someone monitoring the airspace. He makes mention of this to the Civilian air patrol and FAA headquarters. HE finds the rest and lets them know what he has found out.

Ooc: I think at this point you kind of have to come out and say your a super hero, hopefully he doesn't think your crazy. I'm not picking up the bad guy vibes from his response. Personally I'm not ruling him out but maybe just a simple strait forward approach will work. Either way I doubt we will get any more out of him than the police if he is hiding it.
