Some things that is unclear on the site:
Don't talk bad about your job anywhere on the internet period!
Don't talk about, or post photos, of a vacation that you took when you called in 'sick".
There are sites that collect any, and all, public information, about you, like all posts on Facebook and Twitter, that were EVER posted publicly.
Just because you don't post pictures of yourself online, you can't assume no one else won't, or hasn't.
Once it's on the net, it stays on the net. There are sites, companies, and government agencies that archive the net (for historical purposes, stock market predictions, to sell their products, services, better?), like the Library of Congress.

I have my doubts about some of the social users I see online that have as their religion "Mormon" Or "LDS". I think anyone can just put whatever in that field.
