Police today said a 14-year-old teenager admitted that he was the person who fired a fatal shell at his 16-year-old friend during an argument early Sunday.
"During an interview (Daniel) Nadler stated that he and (James) Doyle were in a heated argument," Indianola Police Det. Sgt. Brian Sher wrote in a report. "At one point Nadler loaded the shotgun which was originally unloaded, cocked the shotgun and pulled the trigger ... "

Sorry for your son and his loss, I hope he recovers. Crimes by the youth are getting more worst each day and they are quick to retaliate with violence.

This case is getting more and more interesting. While I can not go into detail right now I can say this.
This young man took a shotgun aimed it at his friend and pulled the trigger. HE is going to be tried as a juvenile IF it goes to trial which I doubt it does. Why is this not going to trial? Simple Politics.
This year the county attorney is up for re-election. HE is offering this murderer a chance to plead out to involuntary manslaughter. That is the same as someone losing control of their car and running over someone. This was no accident. I am upset with the latest turn of events and am sickened that a killer can be on the loose in as little as a few months.
