You mean "My Mormonite Control Panel"? You get it via the Forum Shop. TIP: You get one chance to fill it in the right way, so ensure that you do it good the first time around.

By points I believe you are referring to Forum Points. To learn about Forum Points you need to visit the FAQ Board which tells you all about it, however quickly I will tell you that with Forum Points (FP) you can 'buy' things for entertainment or to spruce up your account. You earn them when you post messages or Donate to the Community.

Mormon Skin Updates

This Skin took a major overhaul. Images were lightened, a side menu to all LDS related Boards was created and needless black space was removed. The Skin is also now the default for all LDS related Boards rather than just the Nephi RPG.
