Hello there my name is Joe I'm from Edmonton alberta (Canada) I'm a older guy, did 20 yrs military service but still work full time ( with a pension) for Ad&d I'm started around 1978 or so red/blue covers (laugh) but still play the 3.5 Version. Enjoy many character classes but psionics I am pretty illerate on anyhow I think you understand I'm looking for a Ad&d group like minded people

Heya, welcome to the forums. I put together a D&D Newcomer F.A.Q. For people interested in the player-run games in the Member Wars section, which I really urge you to read that FAQ before you start posting, as it explains some peculiarities and subtleties of the site and chargen. D&D Newcomer F.A.Q. Besides the official site RPGs here, which need 75% activity level (which isn't hard to get if you post a couple times a day or so), there are other (maybe more the works) player run pbp forum games in progress, so stop by and check them out). Arrrrrrrrr it seems to take for ever but I guess it is just getting use to the speed of the game.
