That's right Bhunter, they have to turn down rolls and must not be afraid to those who give them roles. Being a President of the US Senate is a very good role for those LDS members. But nowadays, seldom we know of movies that are good, mostly all are polluted. I only watch true stories like wars, or stories of political leaders like US President, or cartoons.
Members in this field seem to think that they are the exception to the rule all the time. I do not remember reading a clause for actors in the scriptures. The only actors are the hypocrites.

Comments: Are some of you even actors? It's not fair to put us all in one boat. Some of us only choose roles that are not going to cause us to have to lower our standards. Some don't but that's their choice, don't put us all as one.
The saddest part is when these folks are highlighted just because it happens that they have a baptism certificate you know what am I saying? If you plan to go in front of everyone and embarrass yourself then keep your membership in secret.
Yes, that's embarrasing if they show a bad example and people knew they're Mormons and that has a bad impact or impression to our church. I've made a little bad example before and my friends knew that I was a member of this church and I know it created a bad impression to our church. I remember when I was on my mission, one of our leaders taught us that "we are the church to these people". So, our actors and actresses should be careful.

Comments: Who is the most famous of all LDS Actors? I'm thinking the Osmonds but they're not really one person. They always had high standards but lately I don't know.
