4-year-old Tortured To Death For Wetting His Pants
My goodness, when I read the details of this story I was not only heartbroken but angry above description. Why, why kids have to suffer like this? Why are the people who are suppose to care and love these kids end up hurting them this way? This monster called Joshua-Frederick Hayes should be put to DEATH immediately but before all that, should be tortured and endure the SAME things he put this child through.
QUOTE (CNN) -- A Michigan man could face life in prison after he allegedly tortured and ultimately killed his girlfriend's 4-year-old son last week for wetting his pants, prosecutors say.
Brandon Joshua-Frederick Hayes, 24, "systematically beat" Dominick Calhoun, 4, "pummeling [him] with fists and kicking him" on his arms, legs and genitalia, Genesee County prosecutor David Leyton told CNN.
Hayes also apparently burned the boy in the course of the torture. "The knuckles across one hand were charred," Argentine Township police chief Dan Allen said.
"I've been doing this a long time, and this is the worst case of child abuse I've ever seen," the police chief said. "In all respects, he was tortured."
Prosecutors arraigned Hayes on Thursday on nine charges, including one count of first-degree premeditated murder, one count of first-degree child abuse and one count of torture, which by itself carries a possible life sentence.
"Little Dominick met his boogeyman, and that was defendant Hayes," Genesee County Sheriff Robert Pickell said at a news conference Thursday.
CNN was unable to reach someone who could speak on Hayes' behalf.
Hayes' motivation for his savage multiday attack on the boy was that the child "had wet his pants," Leyton said. "It had happened before."
Hayes also resented the child because his "biological father wouldn't pay child support," Leyton said...

It is cases like this that make me forget that I like to uphold the law. When all you see is red for what this beast did to this little boy you just want to take him to a remote part of the woods and do some very painful things to that beast. I think I could keep him in pain and alive for five or six days.

My gosh lds_forever where do you get these sort of news? This is so disturbing for so many reasons. Let me tell you I am all for the death penalty in situations like this, why do my tax money must go towards maintaining this sick man in jail?

Comments: I read some of these stories and I can hardly believe there are people out there that would do these kinds of things!

Bill believe me there are people this evil out there and that's why I always say people who have kids need to be mindful of these things when hey ask someone to babysit for them and also just because your neighbor may seem as the perfect dad or mom doesn't mean they are not in reality child abusers.

I really don't know how to respond to that. The man (if we can call him that) needs to be placed in a room full of the nastiest crims around. He'll get his justice, because putting him to death with lethal injection? Too good for him! Make it slow, like he did to that innocent child. It makes me shudder to think what that boy endured. What a creep!
