Terrier Wheaten Coated Soft

In the article, they talk about the youthful exuberance of the breed. I cannot emphasize this enough. My Wheaten was a 50lb puppy and did talk for a while after I left the house (tape recorded him to find out). They can be a bit hard headed in training, but are actually pretty eager to please. Their coats are wonderful as there is very little sheding, but they do need hair cuts and grooming periodically. I thought the dog was fairly low maintenance (lowest out of the 3 that I have had...Wheaten, Samoyed and Akita). Mine did need exercise but could even get that inside the house if you were willing to throw the ball inside...he would do that for hours.
