Cranky call for an angry Crowe

Russell Crowe is ringing up his bad-boy image again. The Gladiator Oscar winner and Cinderella Man star was arraigned in New York Monday on charges that he assaulted a hotel employee with a telephone.

It is quite sad that it happened. He seemed as if he was sorry when he was on that talk show that came on TV. He made a point of saying that he only wanted to talk to his wife. When you are in the public eye all the time it would be hard. I'm sure he would've been more courteous if he was able to contact his wife but it still does not excuse him for what he did..so it is a hard to be in the public eye! A lesson learnt for everyone whether you are famous or not....anger is not the way to go! As everyone involved gets hurt..even yourself!

Funny thing about all this is that two years ago he had another phone incident in which he told the clerk to straighten up or he was going to come down and hit him with the phone. Of course, he did and then went on to court ( I think). Crowe is not unlike many other men, but he is in the lime light. It is my opinion that he is not an worse than anyone else, but since he is in the spotlight, it is his responsibility to control himself better.
