How Much Does Your Own Body Mean To You?
Big question; How much does your own body mean to you?
Have you ever been given the birth manual of instructions, to know what to do with your own body, when you do not feel well?...answer is most likely NO...why?
Do you also know the reason why people do not follow any "diets" and have literally spend thousands of dollars, to the end, by saying it did not work?
Why...do you also know that the cause of our miseries and the above is uncontrollable emotions...or suppressed emotions...or hidden emotions...that is been denied 24/7...
Research conducted several years ago, has suggested that, we make our decisions influenced by our hidden emotions, therefore, making vital decisions for us.
Why...?
It has little to do with your food intake. Yes, food plays a big part of it...why...?
