Lizmiles Introduction

Hello.

I am a senior citizen and a student. I retired several years ago from an international training job where I was responsible for designing occupational safety and health learning for our employees around the world. I do work for myself these days as a performance and learning consultant. I am a fairly political animal and interested in learning about and understanding other cultures.

I am also very active in the arts having taught ballet for many years. I have recently discovered Zumba at my gym (exercise and movement to latin music), wow! what a rush. I am having more fun than a 67-year old should be allowed to have. I participate on facebook and have many friends around the world with whom I communicate. I love people and love to laugh. I am looking forward to making new friends through this site and learning from my colleagues as I interact with them.

I am excited to be here and hope I can contribute meaningful dialogue.
