Microsoft accused of racism

Consumer Reports has denied reports that Microsoft's new motion-sensing video game controller might be racist, saying it found no evidence that Kinect has problems recognising users with darker skin. Ref. Source 1

Do to the fact that darker skin people can cause a camera that uses contrast as a way of determining facial features to sign in could have some issues. I think that they need to double check this report and see if under all light conditions if it will work.
