A Challenge About Homosexuality.

Well I don't know if this is the right section for this discussion but since I don't yet have permission to go into the "mature" section, (whatever that means) I'm doing it hear.
I am not sure that this idea has never been brought up but since I tend to not think like a lot mormons here goes.
Our doctrine is that human beings are one half physical body and one half spirit body, so to speak. We lived with God in the pre-existence and were at the most basic level ourselves, furthermore it is my understanding that we were already either male or female in the pre-existence. Is it possible that some homosexuals especially those transgendered persons who claim that they know that they were born with the wrong gender, actually have a female spirit body and a male physical body or vice-versa? I don't know if this has ever been discussed in the church, but based on some of the thoughtful comments by certain members of this community I am glad to see I am not alone in my thinking on the implications of our beautiful doctrines. Regardless the logic of this cannot be denied. Let me explain. It is a fact that there have been many thousands of people born both genders. These people are then "assigned" a gender, and often they will say that they know that they were assigned the wrong gender. Is this why some people are gay? Why does God allow this to happen? If this offends anyone, you are being silly, lets get some discussion going here.
