The interesting thing about the Church is the perfection within the 'setup' but not in the 'carrying out' or 'action' of the members. If members truly did what they were supposed to do within their assigned calling or assignment then there would be such an environment created that would be equal to City of Enoch.
Anyways, the purpose of this thread... if there was ONE thing in particular you could change about the way the people in your Branch or Ward does things, what would it be?
I love the people in my ward, and wouldn't change most of them or the way they act. Mostly, they are loving and kind to each other. If I could change something, it would be to simplify. There are very few active members in my area so, other than auxiliary heads, every person has three or four callings. I think this makes a person too busy in church service. Also, fewer meetings. This is the third week in a row I have spent three or four days of the week at a church meeting or a YW activity. I'm not even the YW President, just a counselor.

Two things I would change: Heartier singing of hymns, and better involvement in activities for all groups, from Primary to the Single Adults. Actually, that last one is a stake-wide, maybe regional problem of apathy. Folks just don't show up for things.
