Buying Flour In Trinidad

Today I had to throw away two 10KG bags of flour. One smelled old (Nutrimix) even though the expiry date was still active. The other (Ibis) had weebles in it, that is the second time I have experienced that. I have come to realize that:

* Flour is very hard to store in this climate
* The flour is not packaged properly

We have bought Country Pride with no problems so far but I will not be buying flour in bulk anymore.
