That is a choice that is far too personal for other people to decide. If you're not sure if you want to give birth to the child, you should talk to your significant other and close friends about the pros and cons of abortion. Then make the final decision yourself, not leave it to complete strangers!

I myself am pregnant, and could not even begin to think about not giving her a chance at life. If I could not provide for her, then I would talk to my husband about whether or not we should put her up for adoption. I'm not completely against abortion, but it's not something I would be able to do without later wondering who my child could have been.

BirthorNot Couple Says Abortion Vote Web Site Not a Hoax

The couple at the center of the attention of the BirthOrNot abortion vote website in what many are calling an elaborate hoax, says the vote about her potential abortion is legitimate.
Pete and Alisha Arnold set up the web site, which has received worldwide attention and subjected them to claims of creating a ruse designed to oppose abortion, to receive input on whether or not to have an abortion of a 17-week unborn baby.

A poll on the site asks simply, "Should we give birth or have an abortion?"

While both pro-life and pro-abortion bloggers say the web site is a hoax and use information about Pete Arnold's background as a conservative political activist to make the case, Alisha tells the Pioneer Press newspaper it is legitimate and the couple has no "hidden agenda" or were not looking for publicity and attention.
"I didn't think it would go anywhere," Alisha Arnold said. "There are so many websites out there."

Alisha told the newspaper that she has not had an appointment with an abortion business but would "if it's looking like it's going to be that way "¦ we will definitely be looking into it and setting something up if we need to." Ref. Source 5

BirthOrNot Couple Closes Abortion Vote, Checking for Fraud

The couple behind the controversial BirthorNot web site, claiming to be taking a vote on whether or not to have an abortion, have closed the voting and will now check for fraud.

The final BirthorNot vote shows 77 percent, or more than 1.55 million votes, saying the couple should have an abortion while 22 percent, or about 448,000 votes, came in for giving birth to the baby.

In recent media interviews, husband Pete Arnold admitted the web site is a hoax and that the couple doesn't intend to have an abortion. He earlier claimed the web site was legitimate.

But wife Alisha Arnold posted a response on the web site the next day bashing her husband for the remarks and saying the decision ultimately rested with her. She admitted the two differ on the issue of abortion and said she considered an abortion at the beginning of the pregnancy, but added "I don't believe I could go through with an abortion now." Ref.
