This Thread will be used to examine the Mormon interpretation for the word / name called "Circumcision" from the scriptures. What does Circumcision mean in the literal sense and in scripture?

Comments: I don't consider any religious aspects to it, I just think it is the right thing to do and the most hygienic in the long run. Does the church have any particular position of members having circumcision done?
