BUTTERED POTATOES WITH ONIONS
4 Large Yukon Gold potatoes
1 med chopped yellow onion
1/4 chopped cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
4 TBS country crock margarine
Salt and fresh black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Boil peel and chopped potatoes for 20 mins drain and set aside. In the same pot melt margarine garlic,onions, and cilantro. Cook for 2 mins and add patatoes,salt and pepper.
