Police suspect arson in Tampere fire that killed three Local Finland News In English
The police said late on Monday that they suspected arson in a fire in Tampere that killed three and saw five people hospitalised. The fire started from a pizza and kebab restaurant at Hämeenkatu 10 in central Tampere. The police had said earlier on Monday that the restaurant's gas-fired cooking equipment was the suspected cause of the fire. "Certain details have been found over the course of the [forensic] technical investigation," Superintendent Hannu Kallioniemi told the Finnish News Agency (STT). Source: Helsinki Times
