This Nov. 21, 2010 photo shows Tennessee Titans quarterback Rusty Smith , passing in the fourth quarter of an NFL football game against the Washington Redskins on Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010, in Nashville, Tenn. Head coach Jeff Fisher said Smith will be the starting quarterback when the Titans play at Houston on Sunday. Quarterback Vince Young was injured during the game, will be placed on injured reserve, and needs surgery on his hand.

The Tennessee Titans say quarterback Vince Young has been told he didn't need to attend a team meeting a day after storming out of the stadium. The Titans issued a statement Tuesday saying the meeting was to talk "about Young's situation and how the team would move forward." The Titans say Young has been placed on injured reserve.
