How to Contact Administrator Feedback & FAQ News Community

This is just a reminder... PLEASE use the contact page for all support requests and problems instead of posting a thread or message, here are the reasons for this:

1. We cannot keep track of a request on a thread, but we can when we you send an Email. The Email is then placed in a follow-up box for us to deal with as soon as we can.

2. When you post a thread about a problem then that is usually offtopic and users have to wade through what you are having problems with rather than the topic itself. Also, we may not be aware you are having a problem or making a request since we do not read every thread.
