[Medieval] In Search of Gold! CAMP - Page 5

Leirsgrios looks around and says, "Alright, I remember seeing on the map it says we need to go NorthWest many miles, inbetween two hills or something.  We should check that map in a private place, but wherre can we go to be private.

Ok, I have just re-read and re-studied the map.  Leirsgrios, we will need to go NorthEast 60 miles, between the hills and look for a large oak tree.  Are we standing at the edge of town or what?  And we need to go NE from where?  Town or what?  

As for where we could look at the map, just outside of town would probably be ok.  But from looking at it, this will be a difficult task to accomplish.  I'm up for the challenge.  We must keep our wits about our surroundings as well.

[offtopic]btw, Leirsgrios, where am I standing in the formation while walking and such.  By reading the GM's post, I'm not even walking with you guys at all.  ;)[/offtopic]

Thats just an error, I said Eneyla instead of Liete in the party order.  That was my bad, you are supposed to be in the front right beside me.  Outisde the NE part of the town.

Just so long as you know, the GM will go by what you post in the party order, if you leave out a little detail, it can be aggravating in the long run.  ;)  Ok, if we are supposed to head NE from town, they we will travel 60 miles between the hills and we should come to an Oak.  If everyone is prepared, then I say we should depart.  No sense in wasting precious time and energy.  ;)

Liete quietly says, "I studied the map earlier, we are supposed to go 60 miles NE between the hills and we should come to a Large Oak."

Leirsgrios says, "Alright, i made a mistake in our last formation guys.  Lets change it so Liete and I are side by side in the front.  Kitana and Omega and side by side a few steps behind Liete and I and Eneyla is close behind Kitana and Omega."

Omega says, "Okay, lets get going.  Lets not waste any time.  Watch for bandits or possible traps while we are travelling.  Bandits like to jump people in uncharted areas."

Leirsgrios says, "Okay, is everyone ready?  I assume so, so lets get going."

The party walks out NE of town and omega says, "Guys, i wanna see that map for a second.  Lets move off the road and Liete and I will study the map."  The party moves off the road to the left. Omega and Liete study the map and looking at that it says we should go 60 miles, but it could be go miles.  Omega says, "Let's just travel the miles till we reach the hills we are supposed to go between."  Liete agrees with Omega.

The party will then head NE until they reach the hills they are supposed to go between and find the Large Oak.

I didn't see that coming.  Omega has a fragile body.  I don't think wrapping up his feet will help much.  This is not good.  What are we going to do?  It's close enough to night time to possibly just set up camp for the night.  Maybe if we are lucky, Omega will be able to handle walking further in the morning.  We will have to set up a night watch.  I think it should be done in shifts with two people on each watch.  I will take the last watch.  Omega should rest for the night, in hopes of his foot healing a little bit.  I think Leirsgrios should take first watch.  Who ever wants to watch with him is fine....the other will watch with me.  Let's just settle down under the cover of the trees and start a small fire to keep the skeeters at bay.

Omega says, "Sorry guys, I can't handle the trip and am slowing you guys down.  I gotta get some rest wo i can hopefully continue on tomorrow.  Leirsgrios and Kitana should take first watch, then Liete and Eneyla can take second watch.  I will just cry myself to sleep."
